Broken Sword 4 on Hype-o-meter!! - 25/8 2005
Broken Sword has recieved a 6th place in Adventure Gamers Hype-o-meter (a top ten list with the most popular upcoming games). This is Adventure Gamers comments:

#6: Broken Sword 4. Yeah, that's the other game I was thinking of!! Indeed, the fourth part of the Broken Sword... um... trilogy is now official. I know, I KNOW we all got burned by BASS2 becoming vaporware right before our eyes (or, NOT right before our eyes, I guess), but BS4 comes with publisher backing from the get-go. Simple equation from Chinese fortune cookie say, "money in pocket mean game in hand". In any case, look for BS4 to climb the charts when actual development begins in earnest. The announcement alone gets it a very respectable sixth place.

For those who dosen't follor the hype-o-meter regulary; it is very good for a game with only a press release to go on to get on the 6th place!

In the press release a bit of the story is rebvealed:
"The greatest bastion of true adventure gaming, the fourth installment of Broken Sword sees unwitting hero George Stobbart fall in love with a mysterious and beautiful woman; a woman whose sudden disappearance draws him into a desperate search for a nefarious artifact of great and terrible power. Unfortunately for George, it looks like the world needs saving one more time."

New design!! - 6/8 2005
Finally, finally, finally, the new design for Broken Sword Zone is up! Phew, I have worked with this website for days now. Now the website shall work for all internet browsers!!! We have also put up some new sections; Box cover sections for all the Broken Sword games. Press, which shows what the press says about the Broken Sword games, and press releases. Fan creations section is updated. Some sections is under re-development so it can take a while for those to come up, all in all though, the website should work fine. Oh that's right, we have removed the poll (just on test) this month, but it will probably be back next month.
